Dr. Jaksha is board certified in diagnostic radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. He completed medical school at Creighton University and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Upon completion of his fellowship, Dr. Jaksha practiced at UNMC in the MSK division and served as the Residency Director. In 2005, Dr. Jaksha took the opportunity to move to Zurich, Switzerland to practice teleradiology. In 2013, he co-founded Real Radiology and is currently the managing partner.

Dr. Quraishi is board certified in diagnostic radiology and holds his certificate of advanced qualification in vascular and interventional radiology. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. After graduating, he held leadership positions in his private practice before becoming the co-owner and operator of Real Radiology with Dr. Jaksha. During his tenure in private practice and now in teleradiology, Dr. Quraishi has long been a champion of removing barriers for physicians and increasing physician efficiency with technology.

Chuck has an extensive background in finance, accounting and general business management. He has held various executive positions in the healthcare, education, technology, energy and transportation industries prior to serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Real Radiology and now leading Real Radiology as Chief Executive Officer. He continues to be highly active in multiple Omaha communities as a volunteer, board member and community board chair. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and a Certified Public Accountant.

Leon Thomas joins Real Radiology as President, bringing more than 20 years of experience in technology, healthcare, business strategy, and organizational leadership. He has founded and led technology companies and built teams focused on operational quality and sustainable growth. His background in organizational psychology and systems thinking shapes his focus on physician experience, clinical excellence, and company culture. Leon holds a doctorate from Creighton University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with additional executive education from MIT Sloan and Gap International.
